Jennifer Ciardullo, BSW is motivated to empower her clients and reduce the experience of internalized stigma surrounding mental health and those who experience "big" emotions. She finds Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to be extremely effective for those wanting to regulate emotions better, and those wishing to experience joy after being deprived of it for so long. Jennifer believes that there is hope for those with intense emotions that lead to problem behaviours, and that DBT is the hope for so many people.

Jennifer received her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). She has completed intensive DBT and DBT-Prolonged Exposure (DBT-PE) training with Behavior Tech, and is trained in other modalities including DBT for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Prolonged Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. In her spare time you can find Jennifer having ice cream or iced coffees, or engaging in activities with her family and dog.
