Our trainers have extensive DBT training and experience on adherent DBT teams. Our goal is to enhance the skills of mental health professionals and programs to promote more effective delivery and application of DBT, mindfulness and more.

Expanding on the DBT skill, ‘Loving-Kindness’, we will explore how compassion, at a neurophysiological, behavioural and conceptual level, is a way of attending to ourselves and others that can promote emotion regulation, interpersonal connections and prosocial behaviour.
