Jennifer Ciardullo: Hours

Jennifer Ciardullo, BSW is motivated to empower her clients and reduce the experience of internalized stigma surrounding mental health and those who experience "big" emotions. She finds DBT to be extremely effective for those wanting to regulate emotions better, and those wishing to experience joy after being deprived of it for so long. Jennifer that there is hope for those with intense emotions that lead to problem behaviours, and that DBT is hope for so many people.
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Social Work at Toronto Metropolitan University. She has completed intensive DBT and DBT-PE training with Behavior Tech, and is trained in other modalities including Prolong Exposure (PE) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for trauma. In her spare time you can find Jennifer having ice cream or iced coffees, or engaging in activities with her family and dog.
